Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty
This patient disliked her heavy and sagging upper and lower eyelids. She referred to her eyelids as 'sagging' and as 'eyebags'. She was treated with a upper blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) and transconjunctival lower eyelid lift. The upper eyelid lift removed skin excess above the eyelid. The lower eyelid procedure removed the 'eyebag' that she disliked. The surgical procedure does not leave an external scar on the lower eyelid. Her surgical result was photographed about six months after her procedure.
