This young woman dislikes the dosal hump along the top of her nose and felt that her nose was somewhat crooked when viewed from below. She underwent an open cosmetic nose surgery procedure to improve the shape and function of her nose. An open rhinoplasty was performed, the dorsal hump was removed and additional support was provided to straighten her nasal tip. The before and after photographs show marked improvement in the appearance of her nose. The open rhinoplasty incision is well concealed.
