This 45 year old female disliked the sagging appearance of her abdomen and also to improve the appearance of her breasts. She was treated with both a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and breast augmentation and breast lift surgery. The result is a more youthful and fit appearance, both in and out of clothing. The tummy tuck procedure created improvement in abdominal contour flattening, reshaping of the belly button and removal of excess skin. A vertical breast lift was performed to improve nipple and areolar position. A smooth round silicone implant was used to augment the lifted breast. The pink coloration of her surgical scars will fade to a much lighter color with time. Her post op photos were taken three months after her procedure.
