This young woman dislikes her dorsal nasal hump and also disliked the drooping appearance of her nasal tip. She has relatively thin nasal skin and a normal width to her nose. She underwent an open cosmetic nose surgery procedure to improve the shape and function of her nose. An open rhinoplasty was performed, the dorsal hump was removed and support added to refine and rotate her nasal tip. The before and after photographs show marked improvement in the appearance of her nose. The open rhinoplasty incision is well concealed just four months after surgery.
