This 40 year old male disliked his 'man boobs', which he described as fatty, round and feminine appearing. He was treated with tumescent liposuction to the male chest using two small incisions. This procedure can be safely performed for patients under general anesthesia or awake, under light sedative medication. He also had body contouring surgery for his abdomen at the same time.
