This 36 year old female desired improvement of her severe abdominal skin laxity and also wanted a rounded a fuller breast contour. She was treated with a tummy tuck, which removed a substantial amount of excess abdominal skin. She also received a breast augmentation using a smooth, round 350 cc silicone implant in the submuscular position via a peri-areolar incision. She had a breast lift done at the same procedure.
