This patient had a large stretched or “gauged” earlobe that tore completely. One of our plastic surgeons at Sound Plastic Surgery in Seattle repaired his earlobe. This was performed in our office procedure room using a local anesthetic. His post-op photo was taken 3 months after this repair.
