This 38 year-old desired correction of her sagging and deflated breast appearance. One of our board certified plastic surgeons at Sound Plastic Surgery in Seattle performed her breast lift and "auto-augmentation." During the "auto-augmentation" procedure, almost all of the patient's own breast tissue is preserved under the skin and rearranged to help give the breast as much fullness as possible without using an implant.
