This 40 year-old lost breast volume after breast feeding. She desired fuller breasts, and one of our plastic surgeons at Sound Plastic Surgery in Seattle placed 335 cc silicone implants under the muscle in the "dual plane" position. The incisions for her breast augmentation are nicely concealed in the folds under her breasts. She loves her new breast feel and natural look!
