This 29 year-old female desired larger breasts after losing some volume with breastfeeding. She underwent breast augmentation at Sound Plastic Surgery in Seattle with one of our board certified plastic surgeons. 345 cc silicone implants were placed in the dual plane position under the muscle through an incision hidden under the breast.
