This 44 year-old female desired larger breasts to give herself a more feminine figure. She underwent breast augmentation at Sound Plastic Surgery in Seattle with one of our board certified plastic surgeons. 286 cc silicone implants were placed in the dual plane position under the muscle through an incision hidden under the breast. She loves her results and while in Hawaii a couple months after her procedure she took photos of herself in a bikini for the first time in years!
