This young woman desired breast augmentation to achieve larger breasts, but she also wanted to continue with her active lifestyle. One of our board certified plastic surgeons at Sound Plastic Surgery in Seattle placed 304 cc silicone breast implants behind the muscle in the "dual plane" position, using a well concealed infra-mammary fold incision. Her post operative breast photos were taken 5 months after surgery.
