This 23 year old desired larger, more youthful appearing breasts. Our Seattle plastic surgeon performed a breast augmentation for her using silicone implants. The incisions were made underneath the breasts, and the 345 cc smooth silicone implants were placed under the pectoralis major muscle. Her post operative breast photos were taken 4 months after surgery. She loves her results!
