This 38 year old female desired larger, but natural looking breasts. She had lost breast volume after breastfeeding. One of our double board certified plastic surgeons at Sound Plastic Surgery, located in Seattle, placed a 295 cc silicone implant for the smaller breast and a 275 cc implant for the larger breast under the muscle in the dual plane position. She is thrilled with her new look!
