This 33 year old female dislikes the deflated and sagging look she developed after breast feeding. Her nipple position was a bit low and she wanted to avoid a breast lift procedure. A 345 cc smooth round silicone implant was placed using a dual-plane technique. The result is a more centered appearance to her nipple relative to the borders of the breast. She is delighted with her new look.
